Return & Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy is designed to make your shopping experience with SD Luxe Elixir as smooth as possible. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you with returns or exchanges. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring that you are delighted with your purchases from us.

Duration for Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Condition of Return: Items must be returned unused and must contain at least 95% of the original liquid. Returned products must also be in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
Final Sale Items: All purchases are eligible for return within the specified period, except for sale items (items purchased using a promotion or discount code), which are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow a standard timeframe for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item within the 14 days of purchase and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Refundable Items

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund. However, they are still applicable for exchange/return for store credit as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
The Money Back Return Policy does not apply to samples/testers, and/or sale/discounted items in any quantity.

Reshipment Fee Policy

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or any other delivery issue caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred for resending the order.
